### Reservations Are Required For Every Passenger
**Every passenger must have their own reservation, including all children regardless of age.**
Like an airline, we operate with limited seating capacity. Our reservation system will continue accepting bookings until all available seats are reserved. Because of this, **any person who does not have a confirmed reservation may not be able to ride.**
This policy applies to:
* Adults
* Infants
* Toddlers
* Children of all ages
### Tennessee Child Passenger Safety Laws
Under Tennessee law, children must be properly restrained according to their age, weight, and height:
* **Under 1 year old or under 20 lbs:** Rear-facing car seat.
* **Ages 1–3 and over 20 lbs:** Forward-facing child safety seat with harness.
* **Ages 4–8 and under 4'9" tall:** Belt-positioning booster seat.
* **Ages 9–12, or children 4'9" and taller:** Properly fitted seat belt.
* **Ages 13–15:** Seat belt required at all times.
### Car Seats & Booster Seats
Parents and guardians are responsible for providing and installing any required car seat or booster seat for their child.
For safety and liability reasons, **our drivers do not provide, install, inspect, or guarantee car seats or booster seats.** Improperly installed or improperly fitted child restraints can create significant safety risks and liability concerns.
If a child requires a car seat or booster seat under Tennessee law and one is not provided, transportation may be refused.
### Driver & Company Liability
The safety of every passenger is our highest priority. Drivers cannot assume responsibility for supplying, selecting, installing, or verifying child restraint systems. The parent or guardian is solely responsible for ensuring that the child has the appropriate restraint and that it is correctly installed and used according to manufacturer instructions and Tennessee law.
Passengers arriving without the legally required child restraint system may be denied transportation without refund if the reservation cannot be safely fulfilled in compliance with state law.
